A select group of Bronx Lab students got the opportunity to travel to Shanghai for 14 days over the summer to not only experience the culture and history of China but to also teach English to a group of summer camp students. Bronx Lab students used the art of bookmaking and comics, along with classes in astronomy, dance, and field games to teach classes in English. My role was logistics coordinator, curriculum planning and chaperone.
